Provide structural detail drawings as to how the Hood and the Grease Duct are supported, this also applies to the upblast exhaust fan on the roof as well as the weight of personnel working in or on the hood such as during hood cleaning. i. Provide Structural Calculation for the items listed above. ii. Both drawings and calculations above must bear the structural engineer’s seal/signature/date signed. 2. SHEET M1.1 a. Keyed Notes #14: Please correct the use of combustible for the hood installation. It should be non-combustible. b. Add a note indicating the use of metal studs on the non-combustible wall per IMC 507.2.4. |
