Sheet G-101: Please revise the construction documents to reference the currently adopted City of Tucson amended codes. The code analysis and all applicable code references throughout the plans shall be updated to reflect the currently adopted codes listed below. Construction documents shall contain accurate and complete information in accordance with the adopted codes. Please either: Provide a publicly accessible toilet facility; or Revise the plans to demonstrate that the public Lobby/Sales Area is 300 square feet or less, qualifying for the exception in 2024 IBC Section 2902.3, Exception #2, which applies to structures and tenant spaces intended for quick transactions, including takeout, pickup, and drop-off, with a public access area of 300 square feet or less. Add a new keyed note for 210.8(D) for appliances. See circuit A-32,34,36, as an example of an appliance that requires GFCI. 4. Show GFCI protection in readily accessible location, per NEC 210.8. 5. Clarify the connection from Panel 'A' to Panel 'B'. Is this a lug only connection in panel A, at a listed connection point? |

Show the size, routing, and termination of the condensate drain for RTU-3. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2024 as amended by the City of Tucson. 3. Revise the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fan so that all of the air supplied to the restroom will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to the restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). Reference: Footnote g, Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024. 4. Clarify the air flowrate for EF-1. The fan schedule and the mechanical plan keyed notes calls for 800 CFM but note 3 on the fan schedule shows a setting of 375 CFM. 5. Show that the walk-in cooler and the walk-in freezer meet the efficiency requirements of Tables C403.12.2.1(2) and Table C403.12.2.1(3), IECC 2024. Reference: Section 101.2, IPC 2024. 2. Verify that the automatic faucets for the public lavatories will operate for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-17. 3. For the use of PEX tubing, provide a branch tube sizing chart showing the correct size of PEX tubing to be used as a substitute for the copper or CPVC pipe shown on the drawings. Reference: Sections 303.2 and 604.3, IPC 2024. 4. Reduced pressure backflow prevention assemblies are required at the water meter for multi-use commercial buildings and must be installed at locations accessible to Tucson Water. Additional backflow prevention devices are to be installed per Section 608.1, IPC 2024. 5. Southwest Gas, the local gas utility, provides natural gas at 7” WG. Higher pressures of 2 PSIG and 5 PSIG are available at higher cost when required. Revise the size of the gas piping based on the available gas pressure. Reference: Section 402.1, IFGC 2024.
