Please provide the manufacturer's site-planning and installation requirements for the proposed Bruker AVANCE 400 NMR system and demonstrate compliance with those requirements. 2. Provide equipment specifications, weights and structural loading, required clearances, magnetic-field/exclusion zones, RF shielding, electrical and HVAC requirements, cryogenic systems, helium/quench venting, ventilation, emergency provisions, and required safety signage. 3. Provide structural calculations and details demonstrating that the existing/proposed structure is adequate to support the NMR equipment. Coordinate the installation with the laboratory's proposed use and associated hazardous materials. IBC 107.2.1, 107.2.6, 107.2.7 and applicable provisions of Chapters 9, 10, 11 and 16. 4. Please provide a Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement (HMIS) for this project. The HMIS shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with International Building Code (IBC) Section 414.1.5 and International Fire Code (IFC) Section 5001.5, and shall include the following: A complete inventory of all hazardous materials stored, used, or handled on site Quantities (in pounds, gallons, or cubic feet, as applicable) Physical state (solid, liquid, gas) Hazard classification (per IFC) Maximum allowable quantities (MAQs) and control area analysis Storage and use locations, including identification on the floor plan Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each hazardous material Please clearly demonstrate compliance with applicable MAQs per control area and identify any required hazardous occupancy classification(s) or fire protection features triggered by the quantities provided.
