This letter reflects comments to be addressed to ensure final approval from Site Engineering. To help speed up your resubmittal and facilitate shorter review timelines, please include a response letter along with your updated plans and any supporting calculations. In your response letter, address each comment individually and explain what changes were made and where they can be found in the plans. Please do not mark or highlight changes in the drawings at this stage — revision markups are only used after a permit has been issued. Submit your response letter and updated plan set as two separate files. Site Engineering Review Comments: 1. The proposed detail bay/structure, and all other exterior modifications proposed at this commercial site will require the submission of a Development Package (Site plan) in accordance with UDC §7.4.3.E. Per UDC §3.3.3.G.2.c, A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. Please coordinate through email to confirm any additional studies required based on site conditions & reviewer comments. Note that the Development Package is a separate permit submittal, and must be processed independently of the building plans. 2. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: As site work is being proposed (IE: new 3 sided detail bay/structure), a Development Package will be required. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building.
