Clarify if this is a new meter that is in addition to existing electoral meters, or is this the repair/replacement of an existing meter that is faulty? The repair of the existing service equipment requires the submission of a basic riser-diagram. 2. Provide an electrical riser diagram, NEC 230.9. a. Show each meter and address/unit associated with each meter. b. Show bus bar or equipment rating and AIC ratings of the new equipment. c. Highlight the parts, conductors, equipment, etc, being repaired. Provide sizing and other info as needed to verify code compliance. The addition of an additional meter will require additional information. Demonstrate compliance with NEC 230.2 (Number of Services). May require written consent from the Building Official through appeal. |
