I visited the site on Tuesday July 28, 2026. 2. I have no objection to the "like for like" replacement of the top stringer, perimeter trim, straps, spikes, spacers, and carriage bolts. 3. Per the Engineer's "Lighting Notes" on Page 2 of 2 of the Plan Set, the light fixtures will be temporarily detached from the structure in order to replace the top stringer. Per the Settlement Agreement, the fixtures must remain on site during the work to replace the top stringer, unless CCO has made other arrangements that meet the requirements of the Settlement Agreement.
