The submitted drawing set contains two versions of P5.1. The two drawings show both a tank-type water heater (Domestic Water Isometric, P4.0, and Detail 2/P5.1) and two tankless water heaters (Tankless Water Heater Schedule, P3.0; Gas Schematic, P4.0; and Detail 11/P5.1). 2. Clarify the type and size of the proposed grease interceptor. Again, the two versions of P5.1 show different grease interceptors. One is a Schier hydromechanical interceptor GB-250 listed to ASME A112.14.3 and the other is a Park USA model GT-1500 gravity grease interceptor. The new Grease Interceptor Calculation on P3.0 shows that both grease interceptors are oversized. Determine which interceptor you plan to install and then verify that the Pima County Industrial Wastewater Control Department will allow the use of an over-sized gravity grease interceptor. The natural gas distribution system includes various gas-fired cooking appliances in addition to the proposed water tankless water heaters. Show that the modification to the system to include the tankless water heaters does not adversely affect the gas supply to the other gas-fired appliances. Show the complete natural gas distribution system served by the gas meter. Provide all the connected loads, the developed pipe lengths to each load served by the gas meter, and the required minimum gas pressure for each appliance. Reference: Section 402.2, IFGC 2024.
