| 08/15/2025 | Commercial Electrical | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Electrical(E) Reviewer Ron Ross rross@safebuilt.com Denied Reason: Date Completed : 8/6/2025 10:47:56 AM 1. E401 ENLARGED ELECTRICAL POWER PLAN: Shall call out conductor sizes (to include ground size also) for all circuits larger than 20 amps in panel AVI-2 or show this information on Detail 1. 2. E401 ENLARGED ELECTRICAL POWER PLAN: Should calculate the fault current for panel AVI-1 to show that KAIC rating is sufficient. This is a required calculation for Tucson electrical permit submittals. However, this requirement is waived for this review as the EOR selected 22 KAIC for the AVI-1 panel and the long length of the currently selected feeder will reduce the fault current to a low value. 3. E402 ENLARGED ELECTRICAL LIGHTING PLAN: Key Note 1 is in wrong position/location and should be corrected. |
