The use of a point-of-use water dispenser in lieu of a drinking fountain requires the installation of a listed and labeled dispenser that is permanently connected to the water distribution system, along with a permanently mounted disposable cup dispenser. The cup dispenser shall be located adjacent to the water dispenser with the dispensing end between 34” and 48” above the finished floor.
