Submit the Manual J (cooling and heating design for the home). Locate and label the outdoor unit and indoor unit if applicable, the supply registers, the return air, exhaust fans, etc. on the plans. 3. Dimensioned Floor Plan: The North arrow is pointing in the wrong direction. Please correct. 4. Locate and label the smoke alarm system on the plans the electrical receptacles complying to the code required distances of maximum 12 ft on center and maximum 6 ft from a door opening, etc. 5. Show the route of the Dryer exhaust line on the plan and its size. 6. Show the landing outside the doors. If it does not exist, please install along with the switched exterior door light (if it does not exist, please install one). 7. Locate/label the parking stalls associated with this home on the site plan. 8. Locate/label the exterior hose bib that is code compliant. 9. Provide the R value for the roof and the walls. 10. Identify the materials used on the exterior of the home as well as the roofing materials used. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Show locations of each smoke alarm, IRC R310 [NFPA 72]. Notate that all smoke alarms must be interconnected with a power source from the building wiring and be equipped with battery backup. 8. Show two or more 2O AMP small appliance circuits at the kitchen countertop receptacle outlets; they may also serve the breakfast room and dining room, but not other locations, [NEC 210.52(C)(1)] and [NEC 210.52(B)(1)]. GFCI protected, [NEC 210.8(A)]. 9. Show a receptacle outlet within 3’ of each lavatory basin in each bathroom, [NEC 210.52(D)].
