1. Clarify the outdoor and ground rating/listing of the current and proposed EMT. Must be comparable.
2. Clarify the situation regarding the grounding wire which is existing on site and attached to the monopole. Plans indicate ground rods and ground wire were apparently stolen. Provide visual documentation or a copy of the police report that verifies this information. If verification cannot be provided, the existing grounding wire may be required to remain.
3. Clarify the reason for replacement of the existing disconnect with a panel. Must be reasonably comparable and required to comply with technical codes.
4. The Signs review will be completed by the BRC on the next review cycle after the Zoning comments are addressed.
5. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending to responses received by the applicant.
