1. Provide overcurrent protection for Panel B feeder per NEC 215.3 & 240.4. REF sheet E600, panel A, circuits 55,57,59.
2. Provide complete compliance with the 2018 IECC for the interior including sensors and lighting controls as required. (typically COMcheck).

08/18/2025 Commercial Mechanical Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the heating/cooling capacities of the specified HVAC units. Reference: Section C403.1.1 and C403.3.1, IECC 2018.
2. Show that the proposed HVAC equipment meets the minimum performance requirements of Section C403.3.2, IECC 2018
3. Verify that the specified HVAC systems are provided with controls that are capable of automatically adjusting the start time of the HVAC equipment in order to bring the interior conditions to the desired temperature at the start of occupancy. Reference: Section C403.4.2.3, IECC 2018.
4. Show that the walk-in cooler meets the construction requirements of Section C403.10.2, IECC 2018.
5. Show that the walk-in cooler and the walk-in freezer meet the efficiency requirements of Section C403.10.2.1, IECC 2018.
6. Condensate drains shall be terminated at an approved disposal location (i.e. not onto the roof deck as stated in detail 13/P700). Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson.
7. Provide calculations to verify that adequate ventilation will be provided for the occupied spaces. Reference: Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2018.
08/18/2025 Commercial Plumbing Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Indirect waste receptors shall not be installed in concealed spaces. Provide ready access to the waste receptor shown in detail 18/P700. Reference: Section 802.4, IPC 2018.

-Sheet A601 (door notes). Remove reference to NFPA 101. COT/TFD does not adopt NFPA 101. You can reference IBC, IFC and ADA standards as it pertains to doors and hardware.

1. Clarify why the building square footage, 2,385 is different than what is shown on the DP. Square footage should match.
