I have copied the items from your response letter and pasted them into this comment letter for your use in assembling the correct documents. 1. With your resubmittal please submit the complete (all sheets) of the plan set and a comment response letter. 2. IBC 2902.3 – Toilet Facility Location: The restroom serving our suite is located less than 10 feet from the front entrance. It is shared with the building but is key-accessible directly from within our office suite. This has been noted in the revised floor plan. 3. IBC 2902.5 – Drinking Fountain Location: A water dispenser is located within our suite, also less than 10 feet from any common area. This is identified in the updated floor plan. 4. IBC 107.2.1 – Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical Plans: We have attached both the floor plan and mechanical floor plan as requested. 5. IBC 107.2.1 – Reflective Ceiling Plan: The ceiling consists of composition ceiling tiles with an approximate height of 10 feet. This detail has been included in the submittal documents. |
