Retail Trade Use Group-Food and Beverage Sales, excluding Large Retail Establishment is also an allowed use in the zone, subject to Use-Specific Standards 4.9.13.O. 1. (Comment) The proposed drawings show tables with seating; as the initial reviewer indicated, the use is considered Commercial Services Use Group-Food Service.
