Medical Service Outpatient is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.O.2 and 4.9.13.O. 1. Based on aerial photographs there additions to the rear of the structure that show up some time after 2018 and are not shown on the last approved development package DP18-0080. Either 1) provide an approved DP that shows all structures on site, 2) provide photo documentation that shows that all structures have been removed to match DP18-0080, or 3) submit a DP and building plans for these structures. 2. Per discussions with Zoning Administration staff the proposed use is Medical Service Outpatient. The last approved use, DP18-0080 was General Merchandise Sales.
