The 3 phase disconnect switch and wiring is not installed per code. Thermostat control wiring is installed utilizing the disconnect switch as a raceway. The thermostat cable may or may not be rated for the application. NEC 300.3(C). 1b. Disconnect not sized properly per the application, Water hose clamp used to reinforce the middle fuse. 1c. Mix- matched fuses. 1d. The conductors are not color coded. NEC 310.110(C) 1e. Approved conduit termination bushings not utilized for all terminations. NEC 300.4, 312.6(C). 2 Per conversation with ‘Done Rite Services’ the (600-800) amp distribution panel is defective, and parts are unavailable and will need to be replaced by the contractor of record. In consideration of the scope of work proposed, a complete electrical plan(s) design, calculations, and sealed by an Arizona registered Electrical Engineer will need to be submitted for review. Be advised, if the AC needs to be replaced, a permit will be required and can be in the form of a revision to this electrical trade permit.
