Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. 1.Please amend drawings to show the court enclosure, type and connections. If over 6 feet in height provide calculations to show the system has adequate strength and stiffness to resist the loads to which they are subjected but not less than a horizontal load of 5 psf. IBC 1607.15 Comment partially satisfied: Please provide drawings and calculations showing compliance with 2018 IBC and sealed by an Arizona licensed design professional. For example, the submitted documents are sealed under Florida and the design criteria indicated 2020 Florida Building Code 2. Please amend plan to resolve the apparent dead end corridor exceeding 20 feet, south of court eleven (11) IBC 1020.4 Comment remains and is expanded: Sheet a0.2 is showing the storage even though the comment response indicates the storage area would be removed. Please revise drawings. NEW COMMENT FROM SECOND REVIEW 5. It appears the glazing used in the padel court enclosure would be required to be safety glazing and comply with the requirements of IBC Section 2408. Please amend plans to indicate compliance.
