The revised exterior lighting plan does not completely or clearly satisfy the requirements per the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code. 1. Ref; Lumen calculations. Please clarify what is meant by “ALLOWED LUMENS FOR LIGHTING AREA E3 AND A”. Be advised, the lighting area is ‘E3’. 2. Please provide the Lighting Area and Option used per Table 401.1 for the lumen calculations. 3. How was the total Lumens allowed calculated to be 4,928,000. 4. For clarification of Luminaire Inventory, location and identification, also provide Site Power and Lighting plan without the Photometrics imposed on the plan. Be sure all exterior lighting is shown on the plan including existing to remain luminaires (Wall Packs) and must correlate with the luminaire schedule and lumen calculations. Section 104.2, 104.2.3. 5. Ref; Luminaire Schedule. Section 104.2.1 5a. The luminaire schedule shows 15 ‘WM’ luminaires as existing. Identify the optics as either ‘Full Cut-Off' or ‘Non - Shielded’. 5b. What is meant by “Lum. Lumens” and “Arr. Lum. Lumens”? 5c. Show the total lumens for each category at the end of the Luminaire column and grand total for all luminaires associated with this project Non-Shielded and Full Cut-Off as part of the luminaire schedule or provide a separate table. 6. See section 106.2 For what qualifies for a Special Inspection. (Greater than 100,000 Lumens per acre or 75% of the allowable lumens per Table 401.1, whichever is less).
