This site is located in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22) General Merchandise Sales, Large Retail Establishment is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4), subject to Mayor and Council Special Exception Procedure, Section 3.4.4 and Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.D. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with development package (DP), TD-DEV-0324-00096, and the following comments need to be addressed. 2. This comment was not addressed. The building gross floor area, 164,587 does not match what is shown on the DP, 163,789. Either the building plan or the DP will need to be revised so that the floor area match. 3.
