Please amend plans to provide a detailed description of the work involved in this permit’s scope. IBC 105.3 4. Provide a site plan is provided showing all buildings or structures on the lot. IBC 107.2.6 & A north arrow and adjacent street names. IBC 107.2.1 5. Indicate the materials used and provide ICC-ES report numbers for those materials. IBC 107.2.1 6.
