Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements.

2. Show interconnection at the sub-panel C in compliance with NEC 705.12(B)(2)(3) busbars.

08/19/2024 Commercial Structural REQUIRES RESUBMIT Please submit your revised documents and provide a letter with a written response letter to address each of the comments indicating how the Building Review comments were addressed. Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed.
1. Please have licensed design professional provide an evaluation of the existing roof and prepare analysis showing the existing roof can resist the new load of the rooftop PV system. IBC 107.2.7
2. Provide structural design and calculations for the addition of the new rooftop PV system indicating uplift resistance. IBC 107.2.7
3. Provide a list of the year and name of the adopted applicable codes from the adopting ordinance. IBC 107.2.1 For example, 2018 IBC as amended by the City of Tucson. Additionally, See amendment-Section 1609.1.1 Determination of wind loads. REVISE Section by ADDING the following after the last paragraph: Per the Basic Wind Speed Figures, use the following:
Risk Category I – 100 mph
Risk Category II – 105 mph
Risk Category III – 110 mph
Risk Category IV – 115 mph

Instructions:
1. Navigate into the current project in the “My Work” tab. Within the permit, navigate to the “Sub-Records” tab and click “Apply” on the Floodplain Use Permit Sub-Record
2. Locations -> Confirm the location is accurate to the project. Click “Next”
3. Type -> Fill in the “Square Feet” and “Valuation” boxes with the project area and a contractor-provided cost estimate (See note above: for new structures, input 0). Click “Next”
4. Contacts -> Confirm contacts and add any additional contacts if applicable. Click “Next”
5. More Info -> This will be filled in by the engineer assigned to your case, Click “Next”
6. Attachments -> Please attach the project plan, supporting documentation for the cost estimate (if applicable), and a drainage/hydrology report (if applicable). Click “Next”
7. Signature -> Read the statement and type your name. Sign your name below (You may Enable Type Signature to have the software sign for you.) Click “Next”
8. Review and Submit -> Review all information to ensure accuracy. Click “Submit”
