04/17/2025 Water Sterilization Report (Deferred Submittal) Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT The required water disinfection report is incomplete. Your report should contain the results of a bacteriological examination by a licensed testing laboratory (e.g. Turner Laboratories) of the water in the distribution system after the chlorine has been purged from the system. Section 610.1 of the 2018 International Plumbing Code describes the testing requirements.
