1. In accordance with SECTION 107 of the 2018 IBC and the PDSD Building Plan Requirements, a the below requested drawings and information demonstrating the scope of work shall be provided. All plans must be sealed and signed by an Architect or Engineer registered in the State of Arizona. Note. The term ‘building plans may refer to structural, electrical, plumbing, or any other trade regulated by the associated suite of codes adopted by the City of Tucson.
2. Please provide a cover Sheets General Project information including address, location map and square footage. A complete Code Analysis should also be present detailing the type of construction, occupancy classification(s), occupancy loads, exiting requirements, fire sprinklers and fire alarms. The cover sheet must include a legend of symbols and abbreviations used throughout the plan set. IBC 107.2.1
3. Please provide architectural drawings to include an architectural Site plan showing the building on the lot. IBC 107.2.6
4. Please provide a dimensioned architectural floor plan of the original building show the location of this new office building. IBC 107.2.1
5. Please provide an Exiting/ Life Safety plan to include paths of egress, travel distance. Etc IBC 107.2.3
a. The total number of occupants for the story or floor is shown. IBC 107.2.3
b. The number of occupants is shown for every room and space. IBC 107.2.3
c. The occupant load factor and area are shown for every room and space. IBC 1004.5

UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
