Note on the cover of the drawings that special inspection is required for concrete, epoxy and expansion anchors, field welding, and masonry. Also, provide City of Tucson special inspection certificate(s) with Parts A and B completed. Make sure that the owner or their legal representative signs the form. Sheet 0.1 1. The Occupancy and Exit Plan does not include a room label or occupant load for the adjacent room to the ‘Shipping Area’. Please provide and update occupant load calculations accordingly. [Ref.
