GENERAL COMMENTS

1. Previous Comment: The plan-set provided does not include an odor mitigation plan and methods for odor control requirements. Please provide. [Ref. City of Tucson Ordinance 11828 Sec. 4.9.9 E.1. I.] Still Required: The exhaust fan in the bathroom must include odor mitigation. Please revise.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS

General

1. Previous Comment: Please note on the cover of the drawings that special inspection is required for wood roof strengthening members. Please also make sure that the owner or their legal representative signs the form the form provided is missing this signature. Still Required: The required special inspection was not noted on the cover page of the plan-set.

Sheet A2

1. Previous Comment: The maximum common path of egress travel distance of 75’ appears to be exceeded at the ‘Recreational Area’ and the back offices in the southeast corner of the tenant space. When measured at the given scale the ‘Recreational Area’ indicates 102’ before occupants have separate and distinct access to two exits. The back offices vary from 89’ to 105’ common path of travel distance. Still Required: The “Recreational Area” still has a common path of egress travel distance of 102’. This portion was not addressed in the revised plan.
