Parcel/addressing issue. The site plan shows to contain multiple units and each apartment will need an address validated through Pima County. The location does not have units attached to the address. Please contact Pima County Addressing at addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512 to verify and add the units. of code requirements but is also the most conservative approach.
ii.Work area compliance method: Chapters 6-12: The work area compliance method provides the greatest
number of benefits to the building owner and design professional. This is the easiest route to take. It is much
more conservative.
iii.Performance compliance method: Chapter 13: This method focuses on what the building is required to do,
rather than prescribing how it is to be constructed. This method requires the design profession to work more
closely with the owner of the building, as well as the code official, to ensure that design meets specific
requirements for the occupants and not simply the prescriptive requirements.
