4. Identify the unit(s) for this permit on the plans and correlate with the Meter in the new electrical service. The application info states 1201 E Mossman, unit #21. The electrical plan shows 2 units.. Please clarify.

5. Verify that the existing electrical services on the premises are fed overhead by the utility. If not, apply for an underground electrical service waiver, to be approved by the building official as required per 2018 IBC amendment section 112.1.1.
