Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated development package TD-DEV-0723-00335. The building plans indicate a maximum building height of 15’-2”; however, the approved development package indicates a maximum building height of 14’-6”. Either a revision to approved TD-DEV-0723-00335 is required, or the building plans will need to be resubmitted to reflect the approved building height.
