Flowing Wells Rd. - I-1 Shade Structure (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: ‎July 17, 2023 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). 1. It is not clear where you are proposing to replace existing shade structure. Provide a full site plan clearly showing where the work is proposed. Zoning recommends that you use approved DP14-0058. It appears that an expansion of the existing shade structure, oven, maybe proposed. If the square footage is increasing a new Development Package meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
