It appears that the electrical scope of work has changed from replaced water heaters to electrical reconnect due to fire damage, and now a electrical service upgrade and reconfigure from the original due to electrical equipment shortage (6 Meter Pack). Per the latest response document. The service upgrade does not meet code for the following violations. Ref; Plan Sheet E1.0.

1. The existing service meter pack is not listed as a junction box (Key note #3), NEC art 110.3. Provide a Junction box designed for the purpose and if utilized, identify or tag each feeder in the junction box as to its origin and purpose.

2. There are no Meters shown on the line diagram for the units and house panel, only the 1 utility meter at the CT Can. Meters for each unit is required per 2018 IECC section C405.5.

3. The electrical service is shown as a 3 phase 4W 120/208V service (see CT Can). The original was shown as a 120/240V 1 phase. Please clarify.

4. What happened to the House Panel? Shown in the previous submittal. Not shown in this electrical submittal. Also include the House Panel in the load calculations.
