Tried to contact Lytle Electric via phone at 1:26 PM for clarification, left message, no return call.

1. Details description entered by applicant of the scope of work states, "Replace 100A main service disconnect”. The site photograph submitted states,” 6 Bank of Safety Switch Disconnects & Meter Bases (Disconnects To Be Replaced With Like)”. The letter from Lytle Electric LLC states “We are needing to replace (like for like) twelve 100A fused disconnects at this property.

There is confusion as to the exact scope of work to be performed. Please clarify and re-submit revised and accurate information as to the scope of work proposed. What was the intent of the photographs submitted? Nothing can be identified through these photographs. Maybe show pictures of the existing service disconnects to be replaced.
