Historic Review is required. Please submit a special districts application as a sub-record of this permit. The submittal requirements and instructions can be found below. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at:https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/. The DP will need to be approved prior to approval of this building permit.
