1.COMMENT COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

This site is located in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Historic Review is required. Please submit a special districts application as a sub-record of this permit. The submittal requirements and instructions can be found below. Please contact Jodie Brown (jodie.brown@tucsonaz.gov) or Michael Taku (michael.taku@tucsonaz.gov) for any questions. Zoning can not approve until the historic review has been approved.

A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at:https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/. The DP will need to be approved prior to approval of this building permit.
