Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) 3.3.3.G.2.c, as you are proposing a new outdoor patio and reconfiguring an area outside a building, a development package meeting the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites is required: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf.

The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for under application type “Development Package” on the Tucson Development Center Online. The development package shall be approved by all reviewers prior to zoning approval of this building permit.

2. The subject property is located within the Rio Nuevo Area (UDC 5.12.7). As exterior changes are proposed to this site, Design Review Board review is required to be approved prior to zoning approval of this building permit. Contact Maria.
