The schedule for each element shall clearly identify all required special inspections and tests applicable to this project, including the materials, systems, and components requiring inspection; the type and extent of each special inspection and test; the required inspection frequency (continuous or periodic). IBC Sections 107.2.1, 1704, and 1705. For example, the Concrete Construction Table 1705.3 has several types not applicable to this project.

1. Provide panel schedule with clear description of receptacle and outlet locations. NEC 408.4. There are multiple circuits with the same description and they need to be made clearly designated to reduce the likelihood of confusion between circuits.
2. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment, breakers, chargers and panels AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2023 NEC 110.24, NEC 110.9, 110.10.

2. Please show there are metering faucets for the lavatories dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 412.13, IPC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
3. Please revise the water heater piping detail. A ball valve is shown between the water heater and thermal expansion tank, which could isolate the expansion tank from the water distribution system. Reference: Section 607.3, IPC 2024.

1. The replacement, relocation and installation of new lighting fixtures requires compliance with the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code.
2. Provide an outdoor site lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan, both new and existing. Number the light fixtures on your lighting fixture table and use the same number on your site plan.
3. List the Lighting Area per OLC (typically E3) chapter 3 and used in Table 401.1. Specify the compliance option from Table 401.1 that is being used. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1.
4. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 104.2.1, 401.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. List shielded and unshielded lights in the calculation.
5. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4.
6. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1.
7. Provide the manufacturer’s specification sheets for the outdoor lighting fixtures. Include the lumen and color temperature values for each outdoor fixture type.
8. Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2.
