THE SHAPE OF THE POOL IS DIFFERENT COMPARED TO AERIAL MAP. THE SPA IS LOCATED IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION COMPARED TO AEIRAL MAP. A NEW STAIR INTO POOL IS NEW (EXISTING POOL ON AERIAL MAP IS SHOWN ON ANOTHER CORNER OF THE POOL). a. Please provide a pool plan illustrating the demolition being proposed. b. Please provide detail drawings that illustrate the changes being made. c. Please provide Structural Drawings generated by an Arizona licensed Structural Engineer d. Ensure that all drawings are sealed/signed/dated by the Structural Engineer. e. Provide all of the details and required items as enforced by Arizona Administrative Code Title 18 Chapter 5 for Public and Semi-Public Swimming Pools. f. With the above requirements, please update the valuation of the project. g. Please re-submit. |

COMMENT: The site plan provided is incomplete. Specifically: A. Refer to Pima County’s website https://gis.pima.gov/maps/detail.cfm?&parcel=13324005H to locate and provide the missing parcel number, address, legal description, subdivision name, book and page numbers, township-section and range, sequence number on the plot plan. B. There are two pools on this parcel. Provide an overall map (aerial image will suffice) to alert reviewer as to which pool is being updated. Include with the same pdf of pool graphic previously provided and that is being updated per reviewer comments. C. Provide name of facility. D. Provide R-3 zoning label for this parcel. E. Provide missing site plan scale, corresponding graphic scale and north arrow. 2. COMMENT: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on responses to Zoning and other PDSD reviewer comments. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: 1.
