The proposed toilet room appears to be accessed through a kitchen area and opens directly into a kitchen area. Please revise plane to demonstrate compliance with the following provisions of the 2024 IBC
• 2902.3.1 Access.
The route to the public toilet facilities required by Section 2902.3 shall not pass through kitchens, storage rooms or closets.
• 2902.3.2 Prohibited location for toilet facilities.
Toilet facilities shall not open directly into a room used for the preparation of food for service to the public.

1. Note or show all conduits passing into or out-of the walk-in freezer/cooler unit, with sealant and expansion joints per NEC 300.7(A) & (B).
2. Provide GFCI protection for all appliances shown in NEC 210.8(D), such as ovens, stoves, cook tops, water cooler/fountains, microwaves, etc.
3. Provide GFCI protection for receptacle on circuit P1-23, NEC 210.8(B)(2).
4. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.

1. A backflow prevention assembly shall be installed as close as practicable to the service connection. Any backflow prevention method shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and Tucson Water's standard details for installation. Reference: Chapter XXVII, Article V, Section 27-76, the Tucson Code.
