Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. CURRENT DRAWINGS INFORMATION HAVE BEEN ALTERED DRASTICALLY a. Scope of work now includes interior tenant improvements. (Previous drawings indicated, “All other improvements to be completed by the future tenant as requested by ownership.) b. New concrete slab on grade over existing dirt pad is now included. c. Installation of a new unisex restroom. d. New non-bearing interior partition walls. e. The previous set of plans showed 8 pages on the Sheet Index. (This current set now shows 18 pages on the Sheet Index.) i. Please submit the following missing sheets. Sheet A2.0, A2.1, A3.0, A3.1, A3.2, S1.0, S2.0, S3.0 and P2.0. ii. NOTE: Ensure to update all drawings incorporating all of the interior tenant improvement items, such as providing the restroom plumbing, mechanical, electrical requirements, etc. iii. The interior elevations of the space illustrating the tenant improvement, providing the accessible cash register counter illustration, etc. 2. Please resubmit. |
