1. A signature and date are required as part of the Registrant Seal (Electrical). Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration states that in addition to signing the seal, the registrant shall include the date the document was signed. The EOR seal is missing the date signed.
2. Show electrical outlets, panels and other penetrations within fire-rated walls with fire ratings. IBC 714. Provide fire rating details and products used for receptacles and other electrical penetrations within the new fire rated walls. NEC Article 300.21
3. Show all wiring methods in detail for all circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. ‘Symbols and Legend’ shows ‘elec conduit’. Be specific or provide approved wiring method options. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.

COMMENTS:

1. Please verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the lavatory complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018 (e.g., 24” for ½” hot water supply piping).
2. Please specify a metering faucet for the lavatories, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 412.13, IPC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
