1. Comment: Google Streetview shows a fence was erected sometime around 2020 however Site Zoning is unable to find permits associated with this fence. Please provide the approved permit number for this perimeter fence. If there is no associated fence permit, a fence permit and a minor Development Package will be required since W. Fort Lowell is considered a collector street. Site zoning is unable to approve this permit until either an approved fence permit number has been provided or a Development Package and fence permit have been applied for.
2. Comment: The provided site plan shows access and parking originating from the parcel to the West (Parcel 107111180). Please include a signed and notarized Covenant Regarding Development and Use of Real Property to formalize this shared use or provide an approved lot combination form from Pima County: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/submission-documents/covenant-regarding-development-and-use-of-real-property-udc-with-release.pdf

Either of these documents can be provided in the Development Package if a fence permit was not previously applied for.
