5. Provide protection from damage and vehicular impact, call out the correct Civil drawing and detail for the bollard placement for chargers and other equipment. NEC 300.4 Protection Against Physical Damage, NEC110.27(B) Prevent Physical Damage. LOCATE/LABEL THE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE EV CHARGING STALLS, SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE STRIPED ROUTE.
6. Provide disconnecting means at the location of the charging equipment, or provide a plaque installed on the charging equipment denoting the location of the disconnecting means, NEC 625.43.
7. Verify and correct the Civil Drawing REF sheets as called out in the electrical EV* sheets. Reference sheet EV1, detail 2, new Medium Voltage Transformer pad installation note.
8. Provide Power Management markings and plaque per 2023 NEC 750.30(C)(4) Marking. Reference sheet EV2, New Switchboard MSWB, Load Summery Notes.
The equipment that supplies the branch circuit, feeder, or service shall be field marked with the following information:
(1) Maximum current setting

(2) Date of calculation and setting

(3) Identification of loads and sources associated with the current limiting feature

(4) The following or equivalent wording: "The setting for the EMS current limiting feature shall not be bypassed"

Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. The proposed new sidewalks, pedestrian pathway connections, and all other exterior modifications proposed at this commercial site will require the submission of a Development Package (Site plan) in accordance with UDC §7.4.3.E. Per UDC §3.3.3.G.2.c, A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
