Sheet s1.0/Detail3: Please indicate the type, size, and length of the fasteners to be used for the beam-to-existing column connection. Additionally, provide the required hole diameter and embedment depth (or hole depth) for the connection to demonstrate proper installation and code compliance. IBC 107.2.7 4. Sheet g1.0: Please provide a detailed description of the proposed work within the scope of this permit on the cover sheet. The description should clearly identify the nature and extent of the work being performed so that compliance with the applicable code requirements can be determined. IBC Section 105.3.
