The proposed single-phase air conditioning equipment, less than 65,000 BTU/H do not meet the minimum efficiency requirements set by the US Department of Energy Code of Federal Regulations in January 1, 2023: DOE 10 CFR 430 (e.g., SEER2). The minimum efficiency for a split system heat pump in the Southwest region is 14.3 SEER2 and 7.5 HSPF2 (equivalent to 15 SEER and 8.8 HSPF). Reference: Section C403.3.2, IECC 2018. 4. Provide information on the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fan to show that all of the air supplied to the restroom will be exhausted during the hours of operation.
