1. The upgrade of the existing service equipment requires the submission of a basic riser-diagram.
2. Provide an electrical riser diagram, NEC 230.9.
a. Show each meter and address/unit associated with each meter.
b. Show bus bar rating and AIC ratings of the new equipment.
c. Show conductor size and type on the line diagram.
d. Notate the grounding and bonding method, including water line bonding, NEC 250.20(B), 250.24, 250.30(A)(1). Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, NEC 250.50, 250.52(B)(1).
