The site is located in C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). General Merchandise Sales is a permitted use in this zone subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.B.1 (UDC Table 4.8-4).

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: Follow up to previous comment 1: Site zoning has reviewed the plans for compliance with the associated Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0626-00158. While it appears the building plans match the DP, Site Zoning cannot approve this permit until the DP is approved by all review agencies.
2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
