The electrical sheets are marked with a ‘Draft, Not for Construction’ note, or with a ‘Reference only’ note on different sheets. Remove all these notes and provide complete electrical plans Sealed by a State of Arizona Registered Electrical Engineer. 3. Coordinate with architectural sheet, L2.0. Electrical sheets show a 3000A switchboard, while the architect shows a 4000A switchboard. Provide consistent specifications. 4. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment, breakers, chargers and panels AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2023 NEC 110.24, NEC 110.10. 5. Verify and show that the equipment has clear working space per NEC 110.26. ensure that all bollards are appropriately spaced from the equipment per Table 110.26(A)(1). |

General Merchandise Sales is an allowed use in this zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.B.1. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: As the proposed EV chargers alter the parking count and design on an existing commercial site, a Development Package (DP) that meets the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Site is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the Commercial Building plans and must be approved prior to Site Zoning approval of the Commercial Building plans.
