Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 01. Previous Comment 1: The proposed Change of Use will require a Development Package (DP) which is a separate permit submittal. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (DP) is required for, an “existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or reconfiguration of an area outside a building.” A DP that meets the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building permit.
