COMMENTS:

1. Please clarify the proposed activities within the new packaging/storage area. The space ventilation analysis only accounts for one occupant and is classifying the entire zone as storage when it appears to be used as both storage and packaging. Workrooms in Table 403.3.1.1 have different requirements. Please clarify and revise the outside air calculations to reflect the correct occupancy classification. Reference: Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024.
2. Also, please demonstrate that this area complies with the exhaust and ventilation requirements of Section 408.2, Marijuana Related Occupancies. Reference: Section 408.2, IMC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson.
