Per UDC §3.3.3.G, building permits for sites requiring a Development Package may not be issued prior to DP approval, as the building plans must be consistent with an approved site plan. Please resubmit for final approval once the Development Package has been approved and issued by all applicable reviewers. |

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Site zoning has reviewed the plans for compliance with the associated Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0626-00144. While it appears the building plans match the DP, Site Zoning cannot approve this permit until the DP is approved by all review agencies. 2.
