Please revise the plans to label the accessible exits and if all exits are not accessible, provide signage per IBC section 1112.1 3. Please provide the construction valuation for the work being performed within each tenant space. The current submittal indicates a valuation of $21,000.00 for each space; however, additional detail is required to verify the accuracy of the reported valuation. Please provide the total cost of the work being proposed (material and labor), including, but not limited to, demising walls, electrical modifications, HVAC work, plumbing, finishes, and any other construction activities proposed within each tenant space. Please revise the General Building Summary to accurately identify Suite 2524 as an A-3 Occupancy in accordance with IBC Section 303.4. Based on this occupancy classification, provide code-compliant egress features, including panic hardware on the required exit doors and illuminated exit signs at both exit doors. Please update the plans and applicable code analysis to demonstrate compliance with IBC Sections 1010.1.10, 1013.1, and 1013.3. 5. Please revise the plans to show that all through-penetrations, membrane penetrations and joints of fire-resistance-rated assemblies are protected with approved firestopping systems. Provide detail drawings on the plans identifying the specific UL-listed (or equivalent) firestopping systems for pipe, conduit, and duct penetrations through rated walls, floors, and ceilings (e.g., putty pads, firestop sealants, collars, or sleeves, as applicable).
